New Builder - 800 euro Gaming Build

Hey Guys new to Building PCs just looking for some advice thanks a mill!

1. What is your budget? 800 euros possibly a bit more if worth

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming/Video editing/3D Modelling/HTPC/Internet] (If gaming include which games) Gaming mostly Valorant, CSGO and Escape From Tarkov

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes/No] No

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Hard drive/DVD Drive/Case/PSU/etc.] (If possible state brand and model of the parts to ensure compatibility) No

5. Do you need a monitor? [Yes/No] I am looking for a 144 htz but price not included in the budget if you guys have any suggestions I'd appreciate it 😊

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22'/24'/etc.] 24 preferably

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080/1440x900/etc.] [Yes/No]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes/No] As a new Builder probably not unless it's easy enough haha

Something like this would be a good start. A little over budget. I'd possibly increase the budget a little to go up to a ryzen 2600 or 3600 cpu as well and maybe a better board but it's not necessary.

Tarkov is a bitch to run, so set your expectations low for that game with this budget. It will run, but performance will be bad eithout dropping pretty much every setting to low, and probably setting a lower resolution, it's just badly optimised and visually demanding. CS:GO and Valorant are both very easy to run, so the above build should do you perfectly. I'd probably recommend dropping the HDD for the initial build, it's super cheap yes, but you'll probably want more storage later for media/games so I'd probably pick up a 1TB SSD during any of the big sales, or picking up a large HDD like 2-4TB instead. Games are getting stupidly big in file size

For monitor, your focus is fps games so 144Hz is highly recommended. Have a gander at https://www.tftcentral.co.uk/articles/high_refresh_rate.htm for some good explanations of the jargon you'll find like HDR, FreeSync/GSync, IPS/TN/VA, Blur Reduction, etc.
They are all pretty similar, so it's a case of getting whatever is going cheap in my opinion.

Homelander

I play Tarkov with a GTX1650 at 1080P low-medium and it runs pretty well. With a 5600XT I would expect 1080p high settings at 80-100 fps.

My friend even plays on a 2GB GTX1050 at 1080p everything low and it runs okay as well. Tarkov isn't really that unoptimised anymore. Doesn't perform any worse than something like Modern Warfare or Apex does on the same system.
