Turn off radiator?

    Sorry, zero knowledge about this stuff. Trying to turn off a heater in a room but even though I have the valve on the side turned all the way off...

    It still heats. Anyone know what's wrong? I'm sure it's obvious to anyone with a bit of knowledge!

    Most likely valve not closing. I presume you turned it clockwise.
    Anyway, swap the plastic knobs around and turn off the other side of the radiator.
