Beninca RI 6E Problem

    Hi,I have a Beninca RI 6E gate opener on a roller gate which became jammed today due to a worn bearing on the gate.The unit now won't work other than opening the gate.There is no power to the photocells or keypad and I've noticed that two leds which are towards the centre of the board are now not working (I think these are AP and CH ) Other leds down lower are working so there is power in the board,I've checked the three fuses and all are OK.I'd appreciate any help with this,cheers.

    If the safety eyes fail the board usually prevents the gate from opening and closing. They are fail safe.

    Check for power on board for the eyes. If you have power disconnect the cable for the eyes at both ends and check continuity. Do the same with the keypad. That's where id start anyway and as said above contact the manufacturer or source a manual online.
