Jointing/Silica/Brush in Sand

Im looking to powerwash the cobblelock and need jointing/silica/brush in sand for between the cobbles post-wash. Placed an order with TJ OMahoneys but they are a shambles and two weeks later I'm still no better off. Is there anyone else selling this online that deliver outside of Dublin?
