Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad S340 in Feb. Hadn't tested the microphone on it til Zoom meetings started - everyone's reaction is "We can hardly hear you" - for some reason, the mic hardly picks up my voice - I don't speak very quietly, I am near enough (I think) but I get the same reaction at every meeting. Is there some basic trick I have missed or is the mic poor in this model? Thanks

Check the volume in Windows. If it's really bad then you can get a microphone you can connect using a jack. I remember buying a clip-on mic in a 2€ shop once.

Thanks - when you say ‘in Windows’, are you referring to the setting on the laptop itself? (I’m pretty clueless)
