Sony HT ZF9 soundbar wireless speaker connection issue

Hi guys, I got a HT ZF9 from you last September and the wireless connection to the sub woofer and rear speakers (purchased from Amazon) is very bad. Sound is dropping out intermittently on all 3 of them, but they always show as connected in settings and the green light is always on them too.
I have tried changing between manual & auto pairing, set connection type to connection over quality & have tried it with Bluetooth turned off/transmitter mode/receiver mode in settings & issue still persists. Firmware is up to date on main unit V2.314, but the 3 wireless speakers are all on v1.001 but show as up to date.
Is there a known issue on the soundbar that can be repaired or will it be blamed on local interference in my home by Sony?

    Hi ffocused,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your components. It's not an issue I've heard of myself but as our Belfast store is currently closed your best bet is to phone Sonys tech support as they may be able to sort it out for you over the phone and get to the bottom of it.

If you give them a ring on: 0203 588 9700 they should be able to get that sorted for you!

Let me know how you get on!

    Kind regards

    David
