Grass taken over by Poa Annua

    Hi,

    I've a small lawn, approx 60m2. It was grown from seed 2 years ago and has been taken over by Poa Annua.

    After doing some googling it looks like its a difficult one to manage...

    Does anyone have any experience with managing this? I tried cutting some out and reseeding but would this be viable for the whole lawn?

    Any help welcome...

    Note the green patch at bottom, this was some I cut out and reseeded
