Advice on a bike purchase

I had hoped to purchase a Canyon Pathlite 6.0 under the Cycle to Work Scheme. However, that's a non-runner for a number of administrative conflicts (my organisation processes it one way, Canyon can't adhere to that). I'm looking for advice on similar alternatives to Canyon's Pathlite 6.0 bikes. Thanks. JSST
