The TCD guy is deluded, especially considering he's a medical expert. Doesn't he know about asymptomatic transmission? Recommending we go out now with the testing picture we have is ludicrous. There is no indication of what kind of community spread is occurring because we haven't tested in the community yet except in very strictly defined circumstances.
