It's amazing that most Nigerians (in my experience) seem to have nothing good to say about Ireland and yet they still keep coming here......
More Irish than de Irish themselves.

As a blow-in myself, I'm glad I'm not visually an outsider.
If I had to put up with the aggressive shyte from some members of the public that others do, I'd have killed at least one of them by now.

    You'd think we're a nation of KKKers

Mildly amusing tale from my youth. Circa 1984 I was in Killarney as a chisler for a week on me summer holidays so to speak as they say. De Killarney City Council (or whoever they were, maybe Kerry Co. Co.) had an anti-litter campaign with posters on all of de bins and dat. Day used K for alliteration so to speak to create the following slogan, which was displayed like dis on de bins:

    Keep
    Killarney
    Klean

And yes, de K's were in bold. I still remember it. My mother was mortified so to speak, being woke ahead of her time so to speak.

To be fair, it's not unusual to be passed by a cyclist muttering expetives as he's just fluffed another gear-change and clanged his bollocks off the top tube.
