Would any of this have anything to do with the talk I've heard lately of the removal of the role of "minister for children and youth affairs" I wonder?

I've said it before and I'll probably have to say it again - Mr. Duffy's heavy breathing, grunting, and mumbling are very much amplified when one listens on earphones and it makes an already uncomfortable topic sound very creepy tbh.
