Penney’s should have used to time to get an online shop going. I’ve ordered online from debenhams, Marks and dubbed clothes wise (and always did). They’ll be lucky to survive.

They don't have an online shop going?

    From Penney's website:
We currently do not offer any delivery or shipping of our products. Primark does not offer postal exchanges or refunds. You can find details on our refund and exchange policy here link.

I probably sound cruel but they deserve to go under then.

Most online shops have a minimum order. How about no delivery under 40 quid? I see alot of places doing free delivery for orders over 50. It could be done.
