Holiday pay

OK I was going to ask about holiday pay entitlements and see on a few threads that people claim we don't accrue annual keave when on lockdown payment.

What I'd like to know is geared towards construction. We were let go on March 30th and told to apply for Covid payment of 350.

What about the Easter holiday week that all full time construction workers would have been entitled to April 10 - 17 inclusive (this is annual leave plus a Bank Holiday), also the following month was another Bank Holiday.

According to Citizens info whether we are on short time or temp lay off, all workers are entitled to any holidays during first 12 weeks of this layoff period.
So if we go back on May 18th, should we stíll have this 'Easter week' and Bank Holidays owed or am I way off the mark here?
    Thanks

Bank holidays only. Lot of people work as normal during Easter week. Good Friday is a church holiday (not a bank holiday). Annual leave you had worked up before layoff, you are still entitled to.

Thanks. I would like to point out though that the 'Easter Week' would have been annual leave ( 1 of our 4 construction holiday weeks due per year).

Builders holidays are not entitlements but rather something agreed with your employer as part part of your job - the only days that count are public holidays in first 13 weeks.

It's part of CIF agreement. Also to update they've informed us that they will in fact be paying them so that's a big help.
    Thanks for the input.
