Want to cancel a Sepa payment made in error

    Hi I made a Sepa payment tonight to a non Bank of Ireland payee in error. This is someone I paid rent to years ago and i have no contact number for her.
    I want to cancel the payment. Is there anyway of doing so?

    I'm afraid there is no immediate way to cancel this payment. You can login www.365online.com select Service Desk/ Ask A Question and an Advisor can review this for you and check available options to reclaim funds.

    The quickest option to try and retrieve the funds would be to contact the beneficiary and ask that they send the funds back to your account.
