Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

COVID 19 Payment Question

    Hi All,

I was recently laid off and have successfully applied for the COVID payment.

My question is, the payment is only due to last until early June but it also states that the payment will last 12 weeks.

As I was late to the unemployment party does this mean I only get the payment until June or will I still get it for the full 12 weeks?

I can't see myself finding a better situation before early June and I am a little worried the payment will stop and I will only receive 4 out of the 12 weeks of payment.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks.

My understanding of it all is that the payment lasts for 12 weeks total rather than 12 weeks from the time of sign up so an early June cut off point.

The payment is for a total of 12 weeks. This is a timeframe for the payment on the whole
This maybe extended past june based off the roadmap and stuff reopening

Its not 12 weeks from when you apply, the june deadline is a deadline for the payment as a whole to end
