Garden Fencing and New Lawn-recommendations

Hi, I'm looking to get my back garden fenced and also to get a new lawn started. There is a lawn there currently but it's wild and even though I cut it back it's grown back very patchy. Just looking for any recommendations for companies who could possibly do both, arent' cowboys and are reasonable. Dublin area. Thanks
