Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Registering now with SUSI and trying to login with MyGovID but I can't verify the account 'cause it needs a PSC card.

Problem is, I don't know where mine is  I've clicked where it says I don't have my card and it said that they're sending it out to me.

How is that possible - don't I need to give a photo for a renewed card application? I used my PPS number to login so maybe they know it's me and have the photo on file.

Answer for anyone googling and seeing this - I rang 1890 837000 and the lovely woman verified it was me and I got my PSC number & expiry date over the phone.

    Great for the meantime :)

Absolutely, this is the process, and it is as easy as a simple phone call. They have all the info on the system and only need to reprint card. The old card will be cancelled and a new one sent out.
