Floodlight lumen question

want to put a floodlight in the soffit at the front of the house, standard 2 storey semi

Just wondering what amount of lumens is enough to light up driveway without being too intrusive on neighbouring houses?

Light will be pointed directly down onto cars in driveway anyway so wont pointed into any houses across street but still mindful.

I have a 10W 900lm portable floodlight that I held out the window and felt it wasnt enough but just wondering on others opinion?
