    From this: https://www.visordown.com/news/industry/a2-motorcycle-licence-test-could-be-about-change?fbclid=IwAR2eo2viIR6CVyJcwYHRLHeC1ZciKk4lYmoWw3Zey5Q-jQ1l7-UtZFjfvcw

It says in there that some EU states test A2 on smaller than 395cc 'already a directive in the EU' ?

Any ADI on here got any background to this ?

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

No, countries are not implementing this already, but the article is so badly written it makes it sound like that.

    https://www.femamotorcycling.eu/a2-motorcycle-licence/

From 1 November 2020 it is possible to do the A2-licence test with a 250 cc motorcycle instead of 400 cc. On 5 May 2020 the European Union published the Commission Directive (EU) 2020/612, amending Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on driving licences, which will enter into force 25 May.. One of the amendments is the lowering of the minimal displacement of A2-licence test motorcycles.

    The actual directive:
    https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32020L0612&from=EN

It says at least 250cc so that means a "250" isn't enough, as it'll actually be 248cc or something. Think they fúcked up there!

Like for the A test, a "600" is actually 595cc or above.
