Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Could someone please help!!
I have pay as you go three broadband so the other day I got my 20 euro Sim I put it into the modem as normal and it not connecting to the smart tv or the phone it saying on the phone requires sign in which it never has asked before. When I do go to sign in it says router cannot be connected to the interent... Our sim was a little strange this time to what we got it's normally a prepay trio sim.. this time it says a replacement trio sim I am wondering is this what is causing the problem.. I have reset it and I have taking the sim out and back in. we have this over a year and never any problems... Nothing working.... any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

So you had a 3 broadband SIM in a 3 supplied router and then bought a 3 PAYG phone SIM to put in the broadband router?

If that's the correct interpretation of the situation then the possible problem is that 3 are blocking the phone SIM being used in a 3 router. Try it in a phone instead and see if data works. Was the SIM activated?

Other problem might be the APN which might need to be set to the phone APN instead of the broadband one.

Yeah I was thinking it was something like that the man usually always activates them. Thanks for your help
