Mortgage for new home

    Im currently living in a house with an outstanding mortgage of €160,000, the house is valued at €300,000

    Now looking at buying a new site to build a new family home, would like to keep existing house to rent.

    Obviously the financials would need to add up but what options would BoI offer?
