Dooradoyle Park

Hi all. I was thinking out loud of arranging a viewing at Dooradoyle Park to purchase the apartment. I like the location. Has anyone lived here before and if so would you recommend or advise to stay clear. Also wondering if there is management fees, it doesn’t mention it on the ad and the estate agent didn’t answer that question both times I asked. Thanks in advance

I lived there for over a year, couldnt fault it (was only renting). Perfect amenities, gym at the entrance of the estate, seemed to have a nice mix of people living in there but that was a few years ago

Number 20 has management fees of €1,000 per annum. I'd guess they are all similar.

Thanks for that, €1,000 is disappointing. Seems high, certainly higher than I hoped
