Playing music on a Zoom call

Anyone figured out a way to do this properly? Say a 3 way Zoom call, and all participants can hear the music at a workable volume and quality.

Yes have googled lots and trialed it with 4 or 5 different Zoom settings but it still sound fairly crap at the far end. Spotify too loud and mutes when people are talking.
