Dominica an easy choice here. Turkmenistan have done well to get to this stage but apart from a small strip of carpet the flag is really just plain green.

Adopted officially by the Joseon in 1883, the South Korean flag is also known as the Taegukgi. The blue and red middle represents the good and evil balance in the universe on a traditional peaceful white background. The black characters represents a multitude of things, including celestial bodies (heaven, sun, moon and earth) and family (father, mother, son and daughter).
