Hi. Looking to upgrade my PC to a decent spec for gaming. I would be looking at getting motherboard, CPU, GPU and RAM. I have a new SSD, decent monitor, mouse keyboard etc. Budget maybe €700. Might possibly need a case if the graphics card is very long. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Will need detailed specs of your current set up and if the PC will be only used for gaming or other things, in order to better advise.

    Thanks

    Existing Spec:
    AMD FX-8320 3.50GHz
    2 x 4GB DDR3 RAM
    1TB Samsung SSD 860 QVO
    1TB Hitachi Hard Drive
    1TB WD Hard Drice
    LG Blu-ray RW
    Gigabyte GA-970 Gaming motherboard
    GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
AOC ultrawide monitor 3440x1440 not sure of model number.

I think that covers the main points. I'll reuse the monitor, BD-RW, SSD and hard drives.

Also, B550 motherboards are coming out in the next week or so.

Great thanks, price sounds good. Probably going to hold off until later in the year as my funds just got diverted to more pressing matters.

The build by Kiki is bang on. If you're going to hold on for a bit, the new ryzen 4xxx processors should be put by September which are expected to be a substantial improvement on this gen (10-20% ipc gains)
