Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dilemma

    OK guys, here's my dilemma
Live in the middle of nowhere and need BB badly.
Tested my line to see if I was BB enabled - failed
Tested my brothers line to see if he was enabled - passed.
Tried a number of wireless providers but out of range by a few miles. Don't want satelite - too expensive.
My brothers house is about 250 metres away with line of sight.

Question: If I get BB in my brothers house, what wireless equipment do I need to share that connection back to my house, how do I set it up and roughly how much would it set me back.

Please Please Please give me solutions.

    Thanks

Myself and two of my brothers are sharing a wireless broadband connection using this router,
and one of wireless access point in the house with the broadband connection. The other houses use this client to connect. We have been up and running now for a couple of months now and all has gone fine so far. You might be able to get away with cheaper equipment but the units we used are easy to setup and Wi-Pipe do give good support.
