    Is it possible to reduce my credit card limit on 365online? 

    I have searched the website and can't seem to find it anywhere but the teller in a branch today told me it was possible.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    In this instance we would recommend that you raise this by logging into your account through a pc/laptop, select service desk and ask a question and one of our advisors will be more than happy to look into this further for you.
