I have to go for Geralt of Rivia. The Witcher season 1 wasn't perfect or anywhere near it, but Cavill throws himself into any role he lands.

Person of Interest is one I must watch soon, especially now that I see Ben from Lost is in it.

Charlie Pace even though he got really annoying for awhile in Season 2, in Season 1 & 3 Charlie was just a fantastic character, and he had some of the most memorable moments of the entire show throughout the end of Season 3.
