going through this really has me in the mood to rewatch the shield.

Put it off for years because for some reason i thought it was a poor mans version of the wire, couldn't be further from the truth, both exceptional in their own way, the shield might be even better than the wire to be honest, vic mackey is some boy.

I must catch it myself. When I saw promos for it at the start I thought it would be just another NYPD Blue clone, but it seems like I was wrong.

Sigh! Saga, a million times better.

Your one Saga looks like she would cut you open with a thump.

I'm abstaining so far this morning, haven't watched any of these shows. Well...season 1 of Stranger Things, but I wasn't mad about it.

Elsewhere...yes...if you've been considering The Shield, do it. It's a great show with a really strong conclusion.

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,943 ✭✭✭✭the purple tin

I haven't seen the Bridge, but I heard it was good. I have to go for Buffy though, I used to love that show. Spike was my fave, but Buffy was great too.

The Bridge is great. Saga wouldn't really thump you. She's very "by the book".

I have The Shield on DVD boxset. Someday. Someday....

Agent Cooper. Great character from my fave show of the 90s. Excellent in the comeback too, a geat villain as Mr C and light relief as Dougie Jones.
