Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I just bought a laptop and was wondering if it is advisable to purchase antivirus software ? If so, any recommendations as prices seem to range between €6 on Ebay to €50 in shops etc.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

It is not absolutely necessary anymore, because Windows 10 has security built in.
However, it's not a bad idea to get third party software. I normally use the Norton Security 360. Never had an issue with it, doesn't have a negative effect on computer performance. Also helps with performance optimization.

Norton is made by Symantec, who have vast knowledge in security threats, so it will pick up on any viruses very quickly.

Kaspersky is what I use. Consistently in the top 3.
