Issue accessing a site since this morning

Hi, my father in law uses Lichess.org for online chess games. He has been using it fine for the last few weeks but this morning it is appearing as the attached photo.

Same outcome on every browser, and all other sites are fine. I tried Lichess myself, and it is fine.

Any ideas what could be causing it? Tried the usual clearing browser history, etc.

Looks like a CSS or SSL issue.
As he tried it on more than one browser it points to issue with site itself or your router.`

But to be safe, clear the browser cache and try in Private/Incognito mode.

Yeah, done all that and got him to restart the router but no change!

Check he has no ad blocker running
Check scripts aren't blocked - try accessing

I had already checked the ad blocker too....

I'll get him to the try links links provided.

Went back and had a look again last night for him.

Got it sorted. It was his damn McAfee firewall in the end!

I suppose firewall was blocking the scripts?

If he's on Windows 10 I'd suggest to use the built-in FW and remove McAffee
