Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It is interesting how they have managed to master intergalactic flight.... and yet still act like the Tooth Fairy?

how many conversations have you had with ants?

Naahhh, that is too lazy an excuse.

My dog can't speak English, but he understands the words " walkies " and " treats ".

It is a bit condescending that they have travelled across the galaxy to observe us either. I mean time is money. They either want to eat us, talk to us or phuck us?

i just wish they would make up their minds, I get that they are a shy bunch and all.

This is lazier than some of the hock and bull those introverted abductees come out with it.

I can stand on a stool at the top of Grafton Street all day pretending to talk to ghosts.... just because no one else can see them does not indicate there are no ghosts are there either. It just indicates that I am making it up.

Why won't they at least attempt to communicate?

I mean we study lessor life forms for educational purposes, we are always trying to talk to Dolphins and Monkeys etc? Why don't the Extra Terrestrials ?

It just seems like a long way to travel without at least saying hello ?

Unless of course they just see us as food and coming back in a 1,000 years for their supper?

I gave that up years ago in fairness.

But I don't see Ants splitting the atom any time soon either, with all due respect to their tenacity.

All this was covered much earlier in the thread.
You say 'Why don't aliens do this, that and the other? That is what I would do, so why don't they?'
You are human, they are not. You can't apply your reasoning to a completely different species.

In fairness we are talking about something which does not even exist.

I am human, I am entitled to employ a certain degree of logic. That is reasoning.

Grasping at photoshopped black and white stills does not do it for me, at all.

If they have the audacity for interstellar navigation the least they could do is say hello. Holy time zones.

How come they are never spotted in the ocean? Don't tell me... the salty water phucks with their fuel injection?

Do some research would be my advice. Start with the Charles Fort books. There have been numerous sighting of UFO's (USOs) moving underwater and flying into and out of oceans and lakes going back hundreds of years.
You will like those books, he has quite a witty style of writing like yourself.

any species that is capable of intergalactic travel would have as high an opinion of splitting the atom as we do of early man who managed to bang rocks together to make fire. Probably not even that high.

Perhaps they are the equivalent of biologists, just here to observe and not interfere?

Probably explains all those Dinosaur sightings in Loch Ness.

I mean everyone knows that Nessy really survived the meteorite 65 millions years ago by hiding in a Scottish lake and eating plankton.

He deserves a meddle for his tenacity in fairness. A Nessy award. What is it with these shy, subtle types? Their longevity seems exponential.

I would have thought that at some point one of their intrepid pioneers might have gone a bit rogue and felt the need to reach out?

I mean I get that they are the shy, subtle types, but they must have at least had to reign in the odd intergalactic cowboy over the millennia?

    But why would they?

I guess they're all drones anyway. Sent to do a task.

    It's intriguing, maybe.

Don't think so, if you look really closely you can see, through the tiny window, a family of little green people having their tea. They look happy enough, though, for Martians.

Btw, tin foil hat for sale here, I need a bigger and better one for extra protection.

I doubt it, Neither of those could move around and manage to stay in a tight triangular formation like that and then split apart.
Plus you don't launch multiple weather balloons, only one...

Here’s a case involving a Czech military helicopter pilot over Vranov in 1987.

Crazy that he was told and actually tried to shoot it down.

Are there any Martians in there I wonder, I think there might be?
    And if so, how many?

I am guessing a Zeppelin owned by a wealthy Austrian farmer. He got lost in the clouds.

    zeppelin-modern.jpg

What the Prostějov helicopter encountered in the air remains unknown to this day. We know only that after landing the crew received an order to destroy all records of radio correspondence and flight parameters.

I would say their fleet commander was mortified with embarrassment that his own helicopter squadron could not out manoeuvre a large lost Balloon.

What is the story with the WOW signal, was it a technological blip.. or was something being communicated from beyond? It is the only documented aberration that I could possible believe?

I am switching that back to you. I am entitled to not believe ( check out the thread title ). There is no rule against ridiculing fantasist nonsense either. So apols for being a spanner in your delusion.

Take a few pickies the next time.

It is great with modern technology that abductees won't have any excuses going forward for not grabbing a few snaps while they are hanging around the Flying Saucer.

Unless of the course the Aliens confiscate their camera's?

They wouldn't do that, would they?

Klass cites a McDonnell Douglas repair supervisor's opinion that the F-4's radar could have been in "manual track" mode, causing a wrong interpretation of the radar lock.[3]

How can a pilot measure that speed from inside a Helicopter?

to be fair determining the speed of an object when you do not know how far away, or what size it is, is pretty impressive.
