Marantz cd 5005 issue

    Hi there 
    Hope you're all keeping safe there. Looking for a bit of help there, bought the 5005 from you in Dec 18 approx. Was working fine initially but about 3 months ago it wouldn't open the CD player. 
    When I pressed eject, it display open,reading and then the name of the CD. After about 10 minutes it opened and was fine for a while.

    It's started happening again in the last couple of weeks. Would you have any suggestions on the best way to resolve this?

    Hi GMol.

    Thanks for the post and sorry to hear you are having issues with your CD5005.

    Marantz come with a 2 year warranty so it will still be within the manufacturers guarantee to get repaired.
    This is the not so straight forward part due to the current government restrictions.

    Normally I would ask that you package it up and return it back to us at the Belfast store and we would sent it off for repair and then return it back to you but as we are temporarily closed this is not possible.

    If you can bear with us until the store reopens then we can get it from you and then off for repair.

    If you can PM me with your full name I can add a note to your account regarding the issue.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
