That’s for a court of law to decide. After the initial coroners report I think it will be extremely difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Hold your horse. Family press conference to announce independent autopsy result expected shortly

Only a jury of absolute Karens would acquit based on video evidence.

A court will decide if he is guilty of murder, but we all saw him kill the man..

"Some of my best friends are black"

    Funny but......
Are you implying they are Uncle Toms and can't think for themselves ?

Oh FFs , they look like a bunch of religious freaks.

How are they a judge of anything in reality?

On second thoughts Fair enough it is Merica :pac:

They are idolising a man who banged a porn star after his son was born.
In my brief dabble with religion, I’m pretty sure Jesus wouldn’t approve.

What restraint should police officers show? If I saw a policeman reef some scobie from Corduff out of it, I'd be like 'Go on, teach him a lesson'(rightly or wrongly), the same mindset obviously occurs in the US and why the cops feel vindicated in using excessive force against their scumbags, who because of socioeconomic factors would tend to be black. Like am sure they do the same thing to Whites in bum**** nowhere

Anarchists organising looting and criminal damage. Antifa possibly.

Most likely, but yet the liberal media seem intent on ignoring that.

In the following clip there is a clear effort by them (Tapper in this case) to blame right wing groups on what's been occurring:

Some scumbags are even going around handing bricks to groups of young black men, thinking no doubt that they are doing something noble:

Great to see that some black people (like this woman above) have been calling out leftists and Antifa for what they are doing. Lots of footage about of them approaching them and telling them to stop what they are doing, including the UFC fight Jon Jones.

I saw a good quote the other day on how some say, 'How can I be racist, I've black friends is like saying how can Ted Bundy be a serial killer when all his friends were living'.

This is the most out of control I've seen America in my lifetime, and that's some going.

I think the place finally cracked-up.

Murder implies a premeditated intent to kill, the words people are using here are off the wall. That is the point I was making.

In America only first degree murder is premeditated. Second degree murder is what the cops killing protestors and people buying cigarettes should be getting charged with.

Still murder by any sane persons thinking.

Yeah his suggestions can't be correct because you don't want them to be
There's hear say and anecdotes from elsewhere suggesting it's far right folk trying to incite. But that would be a ridiculous suggestion, must be the anti fascists.....most likely...

i had to look this up myself. basically they all match a donation to the Minnesota freedom fund and post "matched" on twitter.

from the website: "The Minnesota Freedom Fund pays criminal bail and immigration bond for those who cannot afford to as we seek to end discriminatory, coercive, and oppressive jailing"

    You may be right.

However, an autopsy report which finds no evidence of strangulation or asphyxiation (which would normally result in visual damage to the skin or airway or haemorrhaging of blood vessels) doesn't necessarily mean lack of oxygen didn't lead to the cause of death.

Consider a choke hold, applying just enough pressure to restrict airways but causing no discernible damage. Death may occur but only after a significant period of time.

I witnessed a measured, calm and calculated application of pressure to the airway over time, performed by a person with both experience in the process and sociopathic tendencies.

This is a person who takes pleasure in ending life.

Of course they can think for themselves and they know that Trump is a very simple banjo to twang. Got what they wanted didn’t they.

Video evidence means absolutely nothing if a qualified medical professional can show that his arteries were clogged up and/or he was under the influence. Proving that the cops action was the precipitating factor in his death will be extremely difficult. Courts work off facts, not feelings.

Edit: an autopsy could also show up an underlying condition that neither the cop nor the dude on the ground knew about.

Rioting doesn't look very organized if all these "terrorist" Antifa can muster is to opportunistically hand out a few bricks.
    National Emergency? /rolleyes

The fact is the guy wouldn't have died if a man's weight was not crushing his neck. Of course it was the precipitating factor.

For me they look like overly religious people so not Uncle Toms but either not too bright/using religion for their own agenda/making money.

Nice try on the sneaky outrage incitement though.

    You are mistaken.

Your airway doesn’t need to be 100% slammed shut to be starved of oxygen and poisoned of carbon dioxide.

maybe theres a problem with your mindset, and the mindset of US cops?

He was talking throughout the video. If you can’t breath you cannot talk.

Unless it's a full on strangulation, this wasnt.. you can still talk..

The POS cop standing, said those exact words.. "if he can talk, he can breathe".

During a national emergency a President will have to declare one, and address the nation.

    Trump hasn’t done either.

How do you know? People drop from heart attacks every hour of every day. Have you offered your services to the HSE as psychic coroner??
