This is a reply to both of you. It's a state government imposed curfew.

People are supposed to be indoors. The people were told numerous times.
In which case the anti lockdown protestors should have all been shot, but yet you were highly supportive of them if I recall.

Pretty clear to me what this is on a disorientated shop assistant trying to get away.

He had a sword, and was out looking to take on a mop. These type of guys , and we've seen quite a few, must have a screw loose thinking, believing that they are The Terminator, Rambo, whatever. That they can take on an army and win, from the Wheelchair lady, to this guy. They're all unstable or think that they are superheroes .
How he ends up is not right either, but his own actions put him in harms way.

    Did you watch the clip

It was 8:43 minutes long, and I just finished it.

I'm not sure what your point is? Looting and rioting bad. Cops shooting at innocent people bad.

Water is too clean. Cows urine would be better. Mummy will ring them soon anyway to tell them that their driver is circling the block and it’s time to come home for tea.

Anyone who has common sense wouldn't riot, or go in with cameras and a new crew to get validation from whomever.

It will end, but unfortunately that's society for you.

It's like the middle east now, Shia Vs Sunni but in America it's Red against Blue and America's well armed for a civil war.

Hopefully it won't come to that, but you can guarantee there's psychopaths behind closed doors getting turned on by all this...so focking sad to be honest.

Yes, the police should send all these violent people a strongly worded letter to desist.

They were beating people who were doing nothing.
They were pepper spraying people walking away.
They knocked an old man with a cane to the ground.

Do you think this is appropriate?

An identified journalist was blinded in one eye in Minnesota.... But sure just paintball. You seem to be justifying a lot...

I'm sure she asked for it. The government is all powerful and can do no wrong.

He was hit with bricks too. The pallets of bricks the police are dropping off on every block. USA is crazy!

And what about the pack of animals beating him to near-death, how many screws loose there?

there no intent to kill the man. in fairness. its accidental..they are trying to restrain the man, heavy handed..but murderous intent? no..

They knew he had no pulse and kept the knee on his neck for a full 2 extra minutes. That can't go down as anything other than murder.

You described the killing of George Floyd as “reckless” but the looting of a shop (which is a building and some stuff that’s insured) as “despicable”.

What do you think that tells us about you?

    His death was horrendous. Terrifying.

The actions of Chauvin were reckless, and he will have his day in court.

Did he deliberately and intentionally kill George? Nobody knows the answers here..Some say he did do it deliberately, others don’t think it was deliberate intention to kill..

My post stands. To dismiss the destruction and theft and looting of stores is despicable..

If you can tell someone has no pulse, and keep your knee forcibly on their neck for a further 2 minutes, then yes you are trying to kill them, or do them enough damage that you may as well. There is no other way to look at this.

Yes and he passed out at 6 minutes, the officer continued to kneel on his neck for three minutes. It's pretty clear that you're attempting to justify the police actions as in some way rational or acceptable. Do you favour the police officer being convicted? Do you think there are justifiable reasons to kneel on a handcuffed person's neck for 9 minutes?

There's plenty of protesting btw but there are certain posters that don't like to acknowledge that.

You brought up the point and reacted pretty rudely when I countered that it simply doesn't matter. You have actually expressed an opinion on how negative being in porn would be perceived.

Rudely? If me just stating facts offends you, you’ve a fairly thin skin.

    It wasn’t an opinion either.

The protesters don't appear to have weapons, other than water bottles and skateboards.
How much organized violence does that suggest?

They are protesting in London today over this.

Yea you're right. But again seems to be these skateboard swinging white boys in gas masks who are making kill attempts with skateboards to the head. And then they walk away leaving the rest to take the blame.

The black guys teaching him a lesson, the white guys in gas masks with skateboards trying to kill him.

Like I said, some believe it was intentional killing (murder). Some don’t.

He has been charged with third degree murder I believe, which is a charge that does not suggest deliberate intention..

Jaysus, if you want to get technical here. MMA fighters can choke a man out until a referee intervenes...are they all potential murderers?

Intent is the key here. It has not been shown (at least not yet) that Chauvin intended to end George’s life..the charge is third degree. This charge is non intentional murder/killing!

Yes. The situation is totally out of control across the country. The police are outnumbered, the protestors and rioters are fighting amongst themselves and the police. It's a chaotic situation.

Here is a really good clip. Live reporter on scene. Has it all.

People were told to stay indoors during the covid lockdown

Hundreds descended on government buildings screaming in police officers faces

Why were they not shot at?

A news crew documents.. They go into war zones so a domestic story shouldn't result in being blinded by the police...

It was an opinion to state that black lives matters shouldn't associate with him...

So I assume you're just going to ignore that those police officers unlawfully fired on those people in their homes?

We're just pretending that didn't happen?

Would not administering first aid to a pulseless patient be murder?
We know from the facts, that no pulse was found 2 minutes before the paramedics arrived on scene.

Also, the MMA.. fighters have a choice tap out or pass out, at which point the ref calls the fight to say it's over. George in this case was tapping out for minutes..

All these details will be investigated in the trial.

The four of them would then be guilty, no?

The charge is 3rd degree murder. Not my charge. The authorities charge..

They weren't obeying the curfew. Curfew is everybody in their homes by 8pm. They were outside. The police don't know if those people are going to attack or not as they pass. They are not obeying curfew.

The curfew is for all public accessible property.

-6. For the purpose of this emergency regulation, "public place" means any, wether privately or publicaly owned property, accessible to the general public, including but not limited to public streets and roads, alleys, highways, driveways, sidewalks, parks, vacant lots and unsupervised property.

So you're totally okay with the police attacking law abiding citizens?

You do know you're literally supporting facism? This isn't hyperbole.

Not fascism. The police taking control back of the city or at this stage the country. Those people were warned. None were injured. If this is all you want to talk about I'm finished.

Comparing it to fascism is laughable

You don't know what fascism is.

    fascism noun
an extreme right-wing political system or attitude that is in favour of strong central government, aggressively promoting your own country or race above others, and that does not allow any opposition
