Unlock Vodafone PAYG Samsung A50 bought in Carphone Warehouse

    Vodafone app says unlock code can't be given to customer who bought their phone in Carphone Warehouse. I bought it ten months ago and just signed upto Virgin media mobile.

    Any ideas how I can get it unlocked? Lots of sites online but I'm worried about spending alot on codes that wont work.
