Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
    I notice that the last details appearing in relation to water usage on my account relates to Jan 2020. Seems to be a very long time between updates, particularly if an account holder is checking for possible leaks. Thanks Mav

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The water meter for your property will usually be read every three months.
    If you would like to PM us with the following information, a member of our team can follow up on this for you.

    - Your full name;
    - Your address (including County & Eircode); and
    - Your contact number.

    You can also check your meter when it is safe to do so. Please see here for instructions on how to read a meter.

    There are also some simple steps which you can take to check for leaks in your home available here.

    Kind regards,
    Niamh
