Selling House Variable Rate Mortgage

    Just wondering if anyone has any experience of the above. Would there be any penalty/extra payment for paying off the loan early? Cannot locate mortgage documents at the moment!

    There are no penalties for paying off a variable rate mortgage early, only on fixed ones.

    Only fee is usually a vacate fee which last time I came across it was less than hundred euro.
