Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

old thermostat bypassed to Nest

Hi, I had very old thermostat set to 30 degrees connected to old thermostat.

Guy installing Nest said he cannot remove very old one (and only removed old thermostat)

So the one with temperature is just bypassed and set to 30 degrees so it is ''always on'' and connected to nest which actually controls temperature.

Can I remove the old one and just connect cables going in to the ones going out to Nest ?

I know there is high voltage so I would switch off the electricity board.
