waterfold cooker - gas hob - needs service ?

    I've a waterfold cooker - gas hob - can be hard to light, but it needs an industrial clean.
    Is there anyone out there who cleans cookers, ovens, grill pans etc?

    Could I boil the metals where gas flame in costic soda or something - would this clean them ? Thanks
