2 bay steel shed

I have a double garage with attic space ( about 16 feet high ) and I was thinking of putting up a 2 bay shed behind it follow the shape of the garage about a foot or 2 inside. Would it be possible to bolt the frame of the first bay to the garage wall ? as there is a foot path going all the way around the garage. weld plate…

Would it be possible to bolt the frame of the first bay to the garage wall ?
as there is a foot path going all the way around the garage. weld plate onto the RSJ and bolt to the wall and a plate onto the footpath bolted through the path.
All the other uprights would be set in cement.
