Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Help!: Is this exposed house foundation?

Hi, we have recently had our drive paved. We live on a sloped garden. Part of the job included removing the concrete path that was attached to the house. On inspection I noticed some exposed brick beneath the render line on the house. Should I be worried that this is exposed foundation? The block seems to jut out about an inch from the render.

no, blockwork would only be rendered 9 inches below dpc level usually then footpath comes above this, you have removed therefore bare blockwork now showing
