Hi, Any retail managers know what the story is with cancelling PayZone transactions? I’m fairly sure mobile credit can be cancelled but what about the likes of gas top ups etc? Sincerely, A curious employee.

Payzone are very two faced. They say they will put something through for credit, but if it fails, you dont get it. However, they dont tell you.

When you ring them they say " I will put it in for credit" Not that it will be credited. I used to thwart the scammers by paying the credit into my own phone before they got the chance to use it.
