Insurer options with outstanding claim

Following a couple of incidents in the last two years, one which we were liable for and is settled, the other still pending but we are innocent party (Gardaí are pursuing a case against other party) we've been hit with a renewal of €3,000. Can anyone suggest insurance companies who might give somewhat of a reasonable…

Following a couple of incidents in the last two years, one which we were liable for and is settled, the other still pending but we are innocent party (Gardaí are pursuing a case against other party) we've been hit with a renewal of €3,000.

Can anyone suggest insurance companies who might give somewhat of a reasonable quote? I've got a good price from XS Direct but I'm reluctant to go there as they don't have a great reputation.

Our current broker are saying we'll be credited back if we are found to be the innocent party (our company are awaiting a report from Gardaí)

Any suggestions greatly appreciated, thanks.

Until the claim is settled you are stuck with your current insurer.
