anyone know whats taking over chopped/londis on westmoreland street?

Think they both closed down just before the lockdown, I do be always getting the bus from beside there, so would get chopped and was handy having the shop there too, surprised to see them go as they both seemed to be doing alright. just curious if anyone heard anything
