Just submitting a chargeback to AIB ..... have to fill in a paper form and post in ... seriously when are Irish banks going to move to the 21st century and do these things online ...... rant over !!!

They do it that way to make it not worth your time doing it.
I got doubled charged for 1 month amazon prime. Amazon told me to do a charge back because they couldn't see a double transaction. For the sake of 10er I couldn't be arsed.
