    Basically as title says.

I am putting up a Lidl pir security light in my garage but haven't any spare cable.

Wondering if I could use a spare figure8 cable, like the ones that you use for radios?

It's only 2 x 0.75mm, so I'm guessing there will be no earth to wire into the light.

Yeah, the light has a space for EARTH.
Fuse is 3amp, but I could change that.

Go off and buy some 13 amp cable and fusing and stop penny pinching
