    I am wondering if there is anywhere I can check which company I was previously insured with as a named driver.

    I was a named driver on my ex-girlfriends policy but I am not in contact with her anymore. I am now shopping around for my own insurance and the quotes are coming in at half the price if I can provide details of my named driver insurance.

    I have the car reg, main policy holder name and details...

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Only the policyholder can request information on the policy you were named on. The insurer will not (should not) discuss anything with you
