Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey

Housing on vertical rod for c-link on syphon unit broke recently (photo from functional toilet attached for illustration).

Any chance you can buy a replacement rod or would the whole unit need replacing? Would anyone recommend if it's worth a DIY or just call the plumber?

    Cheers

Even if you do get a spare rod the whole unit has to come out anyway, so best replacing the lot, in the mean time have you tried to cable tie it to the remaining bit of the rod if it hasn't disappeared as a temp fix.

Nice. Will give that a go as an interim fix, cheers wiz569.
