    Also they can just lie about pretty much any role they wanted. Would be a very bad thing if a baddie got apprenticeship from previous experience. Not the end of the world mind

    Like as an eg a wolf apprentice could simply claim a dead villager was a wolf and then send the village down a rabbit hole looking for their partners.

    So information from an apprentice needs to be treated with a healthy dose of skepticism basically

    There's one hypothetical

    1 Wolf is named as apprentice
    2 Wolves kill priest
    3 Wolves claim original priest role
    4 second wolf claims apprentice role.....

    profit....

    I'm sure others have a few ideas too......

    ...can we even be sure they are the true priest? Does an apprentice have to be nominated in thread? Surely that would make both the priest and apprentice an easy target for wolves? :confused:

    I haven't played a game without auto-priest either.

    except as per my example even then theres doubt unless we have a seer....

    ...and a seer can be questionable too (though we havent been told theres one in this game)....

    etc etc.....

    Just on this we'd have to be careful about the SK's power on this front too. His power tells him when he kills a roled villager so he would be able to claim that role too, perhaps. Although the priest if still alive would know they are lying. It may be something to consider late in the game.
